This year, we’re turning the sanctuary into the center of festive magic and celebrating our rescued wildlife and the fantastic supporters like you who make it all possible. Here are a few things in store for the holiday season: Holiday enrichment for animals Christmas is all about fun and surprises – and we do our best to bring that magic to our animals. There’s nothing like seeing their reaction when we give them a festive treat. Our animals love to play, explore and discover, so what better time of the year to treat them than during this wonderful time of year? We start by changing their environment. We bring holiday scents, new enrichments and decorations they’ve never seen before, making things fresh and exciting. It could be a tower of cardboard boxes to topple or a maze of ropes to navigate. Next on the list is food fortification. We love to creatively hide their favorite food. We can stick them in places to stimulate the brain or wrap them in brightly colored Christmas presents. It’s an exciting challenge for them, and it’s always a treat to see them mastering it. We will add more object enrichment so they have new toys and things to interact with. This includes large balls to bat around, Christmas trees to carry, playgrounds to climb on, new enrichment toys to explore, etc. to keep them active and mentally engaged. Special guest stories We are pleased to invite you to our signature event Christmas with animals fundraising, it’s the holiday season. This is a special opportunity for you to be a part of the holiday magic at Lions Tigers & Bear. We organized a celebration where you can see the joy we bring to our rescued animals and experience the beauty of the sanctuary in a new way. We can’t wait to see you there! During this heartwarming event, you will witness our animals opening their Christmas presents. We also added some extra colors like Christmas decorations and fresh scents to their living spaces to keep things fresh and exciting for them. That’s why they are burning the seeds of infidelity. As you walk through our big cat sanctuary, you’ll see your support make a real difference. Every ticket, donation, and purchase helps care for these animals year-round. Let us show you how your generosity helps us continue to care for animals and help our sanctuary thrive. And it’s not just about the animals, you’ll have fun too! This year we will also have a miniature 3D booth where you can have your very own 3D printed image! This event is a feel-good holiday tradition.
